Because our products and services are primarily digital and educational in nature, our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair to both our students and our business.
Digital Courses
Refund eligibility may depend on the type of course or product purchased and the amount of content that has already been accessed.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, you may request a refund within [7 days] of your purchase.
Refund requests may not be approved if:
A substantial portion of the course has already been accessed or completed.
Course materials have been downloaded or extensively used.
The request is made after the applicable refund period.
We determine that the purchase has been abused, fraudulently used, or obtained in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Each refund request will be reviewed individually.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel future renewals at any time according to our Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically result in a refund for payments already processed.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing a purchased course or product, please contact us.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
